How do I start my free trial?
Click Start free trial from the homepage or pricing page. You choose a plan, create a company, and land in the onboarding wizard. No credit card is required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From Settings > Billing you can cancel or change plan at any time. If you cancel during your trial you are not charged.
Where is my data stored?
All application servers and databases run inside UK data centres. See our
trust centre for the full picture.
How do I import my existing contacts?
Use the CSV importer at Contacts > Import CSV or the generic bulk importer at Import. Templates provided.

What happens if I go over my included minutes or SMS?
Overage is billed at 10p per voice minute and 5p per outbound SMS. You can set spend caps in Settings > Billing to avoid surprises.
